The biggest compliment I can offer is that of authenticity. As I look across the spectrum of men's style I see a lot of nice brands delivering product that is functional but let's face it, our taste is expanding. The new man has grown to appreciate fashion in a way that is not intimidating or a threat to our masculinity. In fact, the trend has been leaning towards embracing our whiskey drinking, holster toting, womanizing roots. David Michael Hershberger and Mitch Mosley are the creative forces behind Endovanera, a Los Angeles based menswear line specializing in hand crafted patterns and angular definition paired with a practical perspective. The result is a sleek and form fitting American classic.

Designer in Focus: Alexa Winner
By Rodney Itier · May 15, 2009 · 4 Comments · 798 Views
An enigmatic beauty with an innate sense of knowing, Alexa is one of the lucky. She creates with a comfort of ease that is usually associated with wisdom and earnest though, from what I can tell she lacks the pretense typically associated with privilege. Alexa Winner is an accomplished artisan with a fundamental construction background in cobbling and an education from the New School. She may be too large a talent for one brand per se but could thrive as a collaborative partner for any number of labels committed to stalwartly upward growth.
